Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a supervisor or in a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Knowledge of workplace safety laws and regulations in Abu-Dhabi.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations ensuring tasks meet standards.
• Monitor staff performance, provide feedback and motivation.
• Develop strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, laws and regulations.
• Train new staff on company processes and systems.
• Attend meetings with senior management on behalf of the team.
• Maintain records of staff attendance and performance appraisals.
• Assist in resolving issues between staff members.
