Job summary

JobCenter in Abu-Dhabi UAE is seeking a highly motivated Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure safety and productivity, and provide strong leadership to staff. The role requires 5+ years in a supervisory position, a bachelor’s degree in Business or Management, and excellent communication skills.

You will manage personnel, budgeting, purchasing, and customer service, develop efficiency strategies, monitor performance, and coach employees while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a supervisory role
• In-depth knowledge of the company's policies and procedures
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to lead a team effectively
• Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Proven ability to solve problems quickly and effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Management preferred
• Fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage but not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational activities in the company including personnel management, budgeting, purchasing, and customer service.
• Develop strategies for improving efficiency and productivity within the organization.
• Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, resolve conflicts, coach employees on best practices, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Develop performance standards for all employees; implement training plans where necessary.
• Ensure that all safety protocols are being followed at all times; handle emergency situations as they arise.
• Maintain records of attendance and other employee information; monitor timekeeping accuracy.
