Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organized Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations and client servicing of EcoGlow’s cleaning business. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between clients and teams, manage and train staff, monitor service quality, and maintain the company’s high operational and customer satisfaction standards.
This role requires a hands‑on leader who can balance people management, scheduling, and client relations with precision and care.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations & Team Management
- Recruit, onboard, train, and supervise cleaning staff to ensure performance meets company standards.
- Oversee attendance, grooming, punctuality, and adherence to operational guidelines.
- Plan and manage daily and weekly team schedules based on client bookings and operational needs.
- Allocate staff to job sites and ensure timely arrival, task completion and quality control.
- Training & Quality Assurance
- Conduct regular training sessions on cleaning techniques, customer etiquette, and eco‑friendly product use.
- Implement quality checks and on‑site audits to ensure consistency and service excellence.
- Address performance gaps through coaching and hands‑on guidance.
- Customer Service & Client Management
- Act as the primary operational point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction, trust and repeat business.
- Coordinate with the admin and management teams to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
Reporting & Operations Support
- Maintain daily logs of activities, staff deployment and client updates.
- Prepare weekly performance and operations reports for management review.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and coordinate replenishment with procurement.
- Support business development efforts through excellent client experience and service reliability.
Skills & Requirements
- Proven experience in operations, customer service, or supervision within the cleaning, hospitality or facilities management industry.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent time management, problem solving and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office or scheduling software (knowledge of ZenMaid, Zoho FSM or similar is an advantage).
- Fluent in English.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
