Job summary

A prominent UAE company is seeking an experienced professional for a full-time operations role. The candidate will manage demand planning processes and maintain relationships with stakeholders. Applicants should have at least 5 years of experience and advanced skills in MS Excel. A degree in Pharmacy or an MBA is preferred. This role does not offer remote work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in operations or demand planning.
• Required UAE and/or GCC experience; international experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of all Arabian Ethicals divisional processes.
• Ensure close follow up with all S&OP stakeholders for timely submission.
• Consolidate all departmental submissions for accurate forecasting.

Job description

Strategic

• Develop understanding of all Arabian Ethicals divisional & different processes.
• Understand the vital role of implementing and maintaining S&OP process.
• Maintain strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
• Understand the impact of demand planning processes on working capital and whole company profitability.

Operational

• Ensure & close follow up with all S&OP stakeholders for timely submission.
• Follow up S&OP cycle step by step till completion.
• Consolidate all departmental submissions to develop one true number of Arabian Ethicals with full year view.
• Work closely with group IT to update BI tool with the same for to enable all stakeholders accessibility.
• Ensure optimum inventory at healthy levels defined by the partnership contract and the Group policy.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree Bachelor of Pharmacy a bonus.
• MBA from a recognized institution a bonus.
