About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize our warehouse operations across multiple sites, including ambient and dry facilities.

The role ensures operational excellence, cost efficiency, safety compliance, and client satisfaction, while driving continuous improvement and scalable growth.

This position is ideal for a strategic yet hands‑on professional who thrives in leading teams, managing performance, and building operational discipline across a fast‑growing logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations across multiple sites, ensuring KPIs, SLAs, and customer expectations are met.
• Oversee warehouse leaders and teams to maintain performance standards and operational consistency.
• Implement standardized processes, layout optimization, and productivity improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, Security, Environment & Quality (HSSEQ) standards.
• Manage warehouse P&L, monitor cost-to-serve, and drive profitability.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance reviews with Finance.
• Act as an escalation point for key clients; conduct business reviews and ensure high satisfaction.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Customer Success for seamless client onboarding.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Drive automation, WMS enhancements, and process transformation initiatives.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
• 10+ years of experience in warehouse operations, including 3+ years in a managerial or multi-site leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of 3PL, contract logistics, and inventory control.
• Proven success managing budgets, P&Ls, and financial KPIs.
• Excellent people management, problem‑solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and WMS/TMS systems.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.
