Career Raiser seeks a Plant Operations Manager in the UAE to lead production, supply chain, and quality functions. You will coordinate multiple departments to drive efficiency, cost control, and strategic project delivery in a fast-moving environment.

The role requires at least five years in a similar position with sheet metal exposure, ERP experience (Oracle/SAP), and strong knowledge of safety and quality controls. On-site role with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Min. 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Min. 5 years of sheet metal experience.
• University degree.
• ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) experience.
• Knowledge of industrial safety.
• Knowledge of quality control.
• Good MS Office knowledge.
• Presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities of departments such as manufacturing, engineering, planning, maintenance, supply chain, R&D, Quality and Stores/warehouse to improve efficiency and economy.
• Lead new projects and build R&D management initiatives.
• Manage budget and cost control.
• Develop new processes and systems.
• Oversee plant expansion and long-term investment planning.
• Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures.
• Ensure effective handling of major import/export activities.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental procedures compliance.
• Participate in planning and formulating company strategy and departmental action plans.
• Manage and appraise staff.
