We are looking for a highly skilled and guest-focused Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for hospitality, a strong sense of leadership, and a deep understanding of luxury service standards. You will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional dining experience, optimizing operations, and driving business performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations across assigned outlets to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Implement and maintain company operational standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor and improve food quality, service standards, hygiene, and safety compliance.
  • Manage budgets, cost control, and P&L performance for each outlet.
  • Ensure proper inventory management, purchasing, and waste reduction practices.
  • Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and staff development plans.
  • Maintain a strong presence on the floor to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Promote a guest-first culture and deliver personalized service across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute brand and local marketing initiatives.
  • Support the development and rollout of new concepts, menu innovations, and service enhancements.
  • Ensure adherence to UAE health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
  • 3–5 years of proven experience as a Restaurant or Operations Manager in upper-casual or fine dining environments.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of restaurant financials, operations, and cost control.
  • Hands‑on approach with high attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Fluency in English & Arabic
  • Previous UAE experience preferred.
