Doha Bank is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize the operational functions of our Dubai Branch. This is a pivotal role focused on ensuring seamless service delivery, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across all branch activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily branch operations including cash management, customer service, safety protocols, IT support, and immigration-related activities.
  • Supervise archiving and remittance processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Conduct system report reviews, reconciliations, and risk mitigation.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and recommend operational adjustments.
  • Support budget planning and monitor compliance.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Represent Doha Bank at external events and meetings.
  • Ensure all processes align with bank policies and UAE regulations.

Qualifications & Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or Sales & Marketing.
  • 8–12 years of experience in banking operations, customer service, and team supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of teller processes, account handling, cash and cheque management, and remittance operations.
  • Familiarity with CBUAE regulatory framework and branch-level risk management.
