We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee the administrative and operational functions of the company, including HR, legal coordination, office administration, vendor management, and internal processes. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, compliance, and efficient support to all departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily company operations, administration, and office management
- Manage and support HR activities including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee records, attendance, and payroll support
- Ensure all legal and compliance documentation is maintained company licenses, contracts, government relations, insurance, and renewals
- Act as a point of contact with legal advisors, PROs/government entities, and regulatory authorities
- Oversee employee relations (IR), grievance handling, disciplinary procedures, and policy implementation
- Develop and improve internal policies, SOPs, and operational workflows
- Manage vendor contracts, office supplies, service providers, and facility maintenance
- Coordinate with finance on budgeting for operations, procurement, and administrative expenses
- Assist in board meetings, documentation, corporate governance, and internal reporting
- Monitor operational KPIs and ensure the company meets compliance, audit, and risk management standards
- Lead and supervise administrative staff and ensure high standards of service and professionalism
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations, HR, or a related field
- 5 -8 years of experience in operations, administration, or HR management (prior experience in legal coordination or corporate services is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, legal documentation, labor law, and company administration
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Experience dealing with external stakeholders: legal firms, government bodies, vendors, etc.
- Proficient in MS Office, HRIS/ERP systems, and documentation management
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
