Responsibilities
Operations & Process Management
- Oversee daily operations across all departments to ensure efficiency and consistency
- Develop, implement, and optimize internal workflows, SOPs, and operational systems
- Identify operational gaps and implement scalable solutions
- Ensure deadlines, deliverables, and internal standards are consistently met
- Track operational KPIs and prepare reports for leadership
Team & Resource Coordination
- Coordinate between teams to ensure seamless execution and collaboration
- Support leadership and department heads with workload planning and resource allocation
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
- Ensure teams have the tools, access, and support needed to perform effectively
- Maintain and update internal documentation and operational guidelines
Project & Business Support
- Oversee internal project timelines and operational readiness
- Support managers with process alignment and execution
- Ensure operational excellence across client and internal initiatives
- Assist in managing vendors, freelancers, and external partners
- Monitor operational costs and support budget management
Qualifications
- 3–6+ years of experience in operations, business management, or project management
- Strong understanding of operational workflows and organizational systems
- Proficiency in project management and operational tools
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience working within a multi-brand or group structure
- Background in professional services, marketing, or agency environments
- Experience creating SOPs and internal playbooks
- Basic financial, budgeting, or reporting knowledge
- Strong systems-thinking and process optimization mindset
