About the Role Altara Group is seeking a highly organized and strategic Operations Manager to oversee internal processes, team coordination, and day-to-day operational efficiency across the group’s businesses. This role is essential in ensuring smooth execution, operational alignment, and scalable growth across departments. If you are detail-oriented, process-driven, and thrive in fast-paced environments while improving systems and workflows, this role is ideal for you.

Responsibilities
Operations & Process Management
  • Oversee daily operations across all departments to ensure efficiency and consistency
  • Develop, implement, and optimize internal workflows, SOPs, and operational systems
  • Identify operational gaps and implement scalable solutions
  • Ensure deadlines, deliverables, and internal standards are consistently met
  • Track operational KPIs and prepare reports for leadership
Team & Resource Coordination
  • Coordinate between teams to ensure seamless execution and collaboration
  • Support leadership and department heads with workload planning and resource allocation
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Ensure teams have the tools, access, and support needed to perform effectively
  • Maintain and update internal documentation and operational guidelines
Project & Business Support
  • Oversee internal project timelines and operational readiness
  • Support managers with process alignment and execution
  • Ensure operational excellence across client and internal initiatives
  • Assist in managing vendors, freelancers, and external partners
  • Monitor operational costs and support budget management
Qualifications
  • 3–6+ years of experience in operations, business management, or project management
  • Strong understanding of operational workflows and organizational systems
  • Proficiency in project management and operational tools
