Job summary

Progressive in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Operations Manager - Instrumentation & Process Systems to lead complex oil and gas projects. You will oversee instrumentation, process systems, and operations, driving safety, efficiency, and reliability in a high‑stakes environment.

The role requires 10+ years in oil and gas with Gulf experience; a degree in engineering; and the ability to manage cross-functional teams, projects, and business development initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in oil and gas, operations with expertise in instrumentation and process systems.
• Expertise across operations, projects, sales/business development, commercial and engineering.
• Gulf work experience is a must.
• Degree in Engineering (any relevant engineering discipline).
