Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations, customer service, or supervision within the cleaning, hospitality or facilities management industry.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent time management, problem solving and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office or scheduling software (knowledge of ZenMaid, Zoho FSM or similar is an advantage).
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and client servicing of the cleaning business.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and supervise cleaning staff.
• Plan and manage team schedules based on client bookings.
• Act as the primary operational point of contact for clients.
• Prepare weekly performance and operations reports.
