Responsibilities
  • Lead project manage and launch Card/Pay projects to success with internal and external stakeholders
  • Oversee and improve all operational processes and activities
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to monitor and analyze card operations performance metrics
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to card production and services while ensuring SLAs are met
  • Handle escalated issues and complex cases related to card operations
  • Ensure all card dispute operations are resolved in a timely fashion
  • Ensure settlements and reconciliation are set up accurately
  • Support all operations post project live with relevant stakeholders
Requirements
  • 8-10 years of relevant operations experience
  • Experience in the card/payments domain
  • Experience working with global teams including product, customer service, tech, risk and finance
  • Proven experience managing vendor relationships
