Job Title: Operations Lead

Location: UAE

My client is looking for an individual to take ownership of building the operational backbone of the business.

This person will be responsible for designing and implementing the systems, processes, and to support sustainable scale.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic execution
  • Own business reporting and dashboards that keep the team focused on what matters.
  • Be a thought partner in key decisions and a sounding board across strategic areas.
  • Support strategic initiatives and drive them forward to completion.
Process design & automation
  • Identify inefficiencies and lead the charge on building streamlined, scalable processes.
  • Design and implement execution frameworks and operating cadences to ensure focus and alignment.
  • Introduce tools and systems that reduce friction, improve collaboration and accountability.
Project and program management
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, from planning through to execution.
  • Apply structure and discipline to our workflows using frameworks like Kanban, OKRs, or Agile.
Org and team operations
  • Governance and org structure optimization - ensuring good standing, timely reporting and accurate recordkeeping across the different entities within the group.
  • Build and manage internal processes that support our growth - hiring, onboarding, performance cycles, and planning.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience: 6–10 years in operations, strategic programs, or consulting, with time spent at high-growth startups or scale-ups (ideally Series A–B+).
  • Operational track record: You've built things from scratch and scaled systems before.
  • Industry knowledge: Strong understanding of private market transactions is a strong plus —including SPVs, custody, investor onboarding, and regulatory workflows.
  • Tools: Strong working knowledge of modern ops and collaboration tools (e.g., Notion, Asana, Airtable, Slack, HubSpot).
