About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, service-focused, and hands‑on Operations & Guest Relations Officer to manage daily property and guest operations across Dubai.

This is not a front‑desk role — this is a field and office‑based operational position. You will represent the business in person, ensure properties are guest‑ready, and deliver a seamless guest experience from check‑in to check‑out while supporting backend operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage guest communication across platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, WhatsApp, phone, etc.)
  • Meet guests for check‑ins/check‑outs as needed
  • Ensure property readiness: inspections, staging, condition checks, and supplies
  • Coordinate cleaners, maintenance teams, and third‑party vendors
  • Handle guest issues, special requests, and complaints professionally
  • Support onboarding of new units (inventory, setup checks, photography coordination)
  • Maintain booking calendars, logs, and operational reports
  • Ensure compliance with DTCM / Dubai holiday home regulations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain smooth operations and fast response times
Requirements
  • Must be based in Dubai and able to work on‑site
  • Previous experience in short‑term rentals, hospitality, real estate, or guest services
  • Strong English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
  • Professional, guest‑centric demeanor with strong problem‑solving skills
  • Comfortable handling both in‑person and digital guest interactions
  • Organized, detail‑oriented, and reliable under pressure
  • Familiarity with STR/PMS tools (e.g., Guesty, Hospitable, Airbnb app) preferred
  • UAE driving license preferred (not mandatory but a plus)
