We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Operations Executive to manage sales activities and operational coordination for our cleaning services, including water tank cleaning, AC duct cleaning, apartment cleaning, and kitchen exhaust cleaning. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth operational execution of services.

Sales & Business Development

• Identify and target potential clients such as residential buildings, shopping malls, office corporates, and commercial properties.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with property managers, facility management teams, and decision-makers.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the cleaning services industry.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and service agreements to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Follow up with clients for feedback and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Operations & Coordination

• Serve as the main point of contact between sales and operations teams.
• Coordinate with the cleaning crew, technicians, and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Monitor daily operations and resolve any service-related issues or customer complaints.
• Ensure all cleaning jobs are completed according to company standards and client expectations.
• Manage scheduling, work allocation, and resource planning for cleaning services.
• Keep track of inventory, equipment, and materials needed for different cleaning tasks.

Reporting & Compliance

• Maintain detailed records of sales leads, contracts, and service operations.
• Provide weekly/monthly sales reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in all cleaning operations.

Requirements
