Job summary

Cubo Digital in Dubai seeks a Head of Operations to lead day-to-day activities, develop and implement operational strategies, and coordinate across departments to ensure efficient delivery of products and services.

You will build budgets, KPIs, and process improvements, mentor managers, ensure compliance, and drive cost control, quality, and customer satisfaction while scaling operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA advantageous.
• Significant experience in operations management or senior leadership roles.
• Proven ability to develop and implement operational strategies, KPIs, and performance-improvement programs.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
