A leading shipping service provider is seeking an Operations Billing Executive in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE to manage invoicing and vendor relations while ensuring operational excellence in port services. Ideal candidates will have over 3 years in port operations and excellent communication skills. This role is hybrid with a fixed term of 3 months and emphasizes strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.

Role Summary: The Operations Billing Executive reporting to the Operations Manager based out of Ras Al Khaimah, UAE shall primarily handle and be responsible for the invoice collection, communication with respective vendors / service providers and smooth coordination with internal departments in an accurate, professional, and timely manner. This position involved ensuring Quality Management System Standards are implemented consistently in all operational reporting activities, monitoring the required operational excellence.
Contract: Fixed Term - 3 Months
Location: UAE (Remote)
The post holder will carry out any other duties as are within the scope and purpose of the job as requested by the Line Manager and ensure full utilization of all ISS systems according to Standard Operating Procedures.
