A dynamic operational firm in Ajman is seeking a dedicated Administration/Operations professional to facilitate smooth daily activities and support various administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in MS Office, possess strong organizational abilities, and have relevant experience in administrative or inventory roles. Responsibilities include office coordination, inventory management, and ensuring effective communication with customers.

Qualifications

  • Experience in administrative and/or inventory control roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Track and follow up tasks given by General Manager.
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as filing and correspondence.
  • Assist in the implementation of operational policies and procedures.
  • Payment follow up with customers.
  • Provide customer service, addressing inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records.
