Job summary

Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank seeks an Operational Risk Associate in Abu Dhabi to support the ORM framework, with an initial focus on incident management and related activities.

The role requires a proactive, analytical graduate with a strong eye for detail, who is keen to learn and develop across the Operational Risk Management program within the ADIB Group. UAE national fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• A degree in Finance, Accounting or Business is required.
• No specific work experience required for fresh graduates.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive support to the Operational Risk Management team on all matters.
• Assist with identification and assessment of key operational risk exposures within ADIB Group.
• Assist in updating and monitoring operational risk data using the ORM platform.
• Collate data for regular reports on operational risk profiles, analysis and exposures.
