Job summary

A leading testing and certification company in Dubai seeks an experienced professional to conduct operations audits and implement quality standards. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 7-10 years of experience in audit or quality assurance. Strong knowledge of ISO standards and excellent analytical skills are required. This is a full-time position with no remote work options.

Job description
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of operations across business divisions.
  • Monitor adherence to policies standards and procedures identifying gaps and risks.
  • Develop and implement operational excellence frameworks to drive efficiency and quality.
  • Provide structured reports and recommendations to senior management.
  • Track corrective actions and ensure continuous improvement is embedded across divisions.
  • Support management in preparing for external audits andcertifications.
  • Champion a culture of quality and accountability across the organization.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelorsdegree in Engineering Business Administration Quality Management or related field. Masters degree would be an added value.
  • Minimum 710 years experience in operations audit quality assurance or performance managementin multinational environment.
  • Experience in TIC or testing segment is a big plus.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards quality frameworks and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to audit and evaluate operational processes objectively.
  • Excellent analytical reporting and communication skills.
  • High integrity and independence with the ability to engage at senior management level.
