We invite you to become part of our Consumer Services team as an Operational Excellence & Data Specialist. In this role, you will serve as the cornerstone of efficiency, insights, and technological advancement for our department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Systems & Platform Administration: Act as the primary authority on all departmental tools and systems, encompassing Zoho CRM, Consumer Services Portal, Maqsam, Ultramsg, Coolify, Hetzner VPS, OpenAI, and backend integrations. Ensure optimal operations, oversee system updates, and foster high internal user satisfaction
- Data & Reporting Management: Generate and present accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for management and clients. Uphold financial trackers, performance dashboards, and ensure that chatbot knowledge bases are continuously updated
- Operational Coordination & Documentation: Spearhead project mobilizations, manage standard operating procedures (SOPs) and master documentation, organize contracts, and guarantee the efficient completion of recurring operational tasks

Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in CRM management (preferably Zoho CRM)
- Proficiency in data reporting & analytics tools (Excel, Zoho Analytics, internal dashboards)
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and operational skills
- Tech-savvy with experience in AI integrations, VPS management, and internal platforms
- Ability to collaborate across teams and streamline processes
