A leading beauty retailer in Dubai is seeking a Logistics Transformation Manager to implement logistics strategies that support business growth. The role requires a degree in Logistics or similar, along with at least 5 years of relevant experience in logistics operations and 3PL management. Responsibilities include designing logistics roadmaps, managing vendor transitions, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Competitive compensation and a dynamic work environment are offered.
The Logistics Transformation Manager is responsible for defining and implementing together with his / her key functional stakeholders the roadmap to evolve Sephoras logistics footprint in the Region in support of business a strong project management load the role oversees all the life cycle of the project from the definition to the post implementation his / her role the Logistics Transformation Manager is the gate keeper of the logistics best practices and processes across the Region. That includes (but not limited to) preparation of tenders and SLAs with logistics service providers omnichannel warehouse and distribution design and 3PL management towards superior service at an optimized operating cost. He / she leads functionally indirect teams of key users SMEs and consultants and collaborates closely with external logistics service providers and internal Customer Service and Demand & Supply Planning teams.
She / he need to have excellent authentic communication and influencing skills and be energized by working in a fast paced dynamic environment.
