Overview

OPD Nurse role based in Sharjah, UAE. Industry: Hospital. Salary: AED 5000–6500 (plus other benefits). Nationality Preference: Arabic / Filipino. Gender: Male / Female. Licensing Requirement: Valid DHA / DOH / MOH License or Eligibility/Evaluation.

Responsibilities
  • Provide professional nursing care to patients in the Outpatient Department (OPD) in line with hospital standards and UAE regulations.
  • Assist physicians during consultations, diagnostic procedures, and minor treatments.
  • Perform triage, record patient history, vital signs, and ensure proper documentation in the medical records.
  • Administer medications, injections, dressings, and other nursing interventions as prescribed.
  • Educate and counsel patients regarding treatment plans, follow-up, and preventive healthcare.
  • Ensure proper infection control practices and maintain a safe, clean clinical environment.
  • Coordinate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare staff to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Support hospital accreditation activities and participate in quality improvement programs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (preferably in outpatient/ambulatory settings).
  • Valid DHA / DOH / MOH License or eligibility/evaluation.
  • Strong clinical and patient care skills.
  • Good communication skills in English and Arabic/Tagalog.
