Job summary

A leading tech company is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide technical support and maintain IT equipment in Dubai. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills in a corporate environment. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and experience with Windows Server technologies and networking. This position is full-time and located onsite, with working hours from Sunday to Thursday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Windows Server technologies: AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM experience.
• 2 years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment.
• 2 years of PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and liquidation experience.
• 1 year of IT client server and network service delivery experience.
• 2 years of networking experience.
• 2 years of corporate setting operating systems support experience.
• 2 years of supporting and maintaining a corporate network environment.
• 2 years of computer networking experience.
• Experience supporting video conference and teleconference equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive technical support to Amazon Corporate employees.
• Manage the ticket queue to provide support with fluctuating case counts.
• Look for innovative process improvements and participate on teams.
• Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Assist with technical projects assuring deadlines are met.
