Job summary

TECNIMONT is seeking a Construction Mechanical Completion Engineer Digital Trainer for the Hail & Ghasha project in UAE. The role acts as the on-site digital tools focal point, ensuring adoption of digital workflows across mechanical completion and handover processes.

It involves delivering structured training to site personnel and coordinating with IT for device readiness. The candidate should have a university degree in mechanical engineering and a minimum of 10 years’ EPC oil & gas

Qualifications

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in EPC oil & gas projects/refineries.
• Strong leadership, coordination and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Act as on-site focal point for all digital tools used in the project.
• Deliver structured on-site training and coaching to site personnel and contractors.
• Ensure autonomous use of digital tools and adherence to procedures.
• Coordinate with Site IT for device configuration and offline/online training.
• Monitor digital workflows and address gaps before impacting operations.
