Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as a financial advisor to clients with outstanding bank debts.
• Use negotiation and collection skills to recover dues from customer salaries.
• Develop and implement repayment strategies aligned with clients' salary structures.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payments.
• Follow up on payment commitments and ensure timely collections.
• Meet daily and monthly recovery targets.
• Communicate clearly, respectfully, and professionally with all clients.
