Job summary

Dr Joy Dental Clinic in Dubai (Burjuman) is seeking a Clinic Helper to maintain a clean, welcoming environment for patients and visitors. You will work on-site to ensure hygiene standards and patient comfort are upheld throughout the facility.

The role includes assisting with cleaning per Dubai Health Authority guidelines, hostess duties serving tea and coffee, and supporting staff with ad hoc cleaning tasks. Previous clinic experience is preferred and multilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior clinic or helper role experience.
• Knowledge of hygiene standards in clinical settings.
• Ability to clean thoroughly including mopping and toilets.
• Basic communication with patients and staff.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning and hostess tasks.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain clinic per DHA requirements.
• Mop and clean toilets throughout the facility.
• Prepare, serve, and offer tea/coffee to patients and visitors as hostess.
• Restock cleaning supplies and notify management as needed.
• Assist staff with ad hoc cleaning and minor tasks.
