A leading diversified group in the UAE is seeking an HR Analyst - Onboarding to support new hire processes. The role involves managing onboarding queries, coordinating with new joiners, and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, 2-3 years of HR experience, and proficiency in SAP HR Module. Excellent communication skills are essential, and Arabic language proficiency is a plus.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience as an HR Generalist in UAE or GCC.
  • Experience in supporting SAP HR Module or similar ERP systems.
