Job summary

Kavak is seeking an experienced Mobile Workshop Mechanic to deliver on-site vehicle inspection, diagnostics, maintenance, and minor repairs across the UAE. The role requires strong technical knowledge, safe driving, and the ability to operate independently with a mobile workshop vehicle.

Responsibilities include identifying faults, performing mechanical and electrical repairs, maintaining reports, and ensuring tools and parts are available.

Qualifications

• Diploma / ITI / Certificate in Automobile Engineering.
• 2–3 years of automotive mechanic experience; mobile workshop/roadside a plus.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Familiar with UAE roads and locations; safe driving practices.
• Knowledge of basic mechanical and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site vehicle inspections, diagnostics, maintenance and minor repairs at customer locations.
• Identify faults and recommend repair solutions.
• Carry out mechanical and electrical repairs using mobile workshop tools.
• Keep accurate service reports, inspection findings and job completion records.
• Ensure tools, parts and consumables are available and maintained in the mobile workshop.
• Follow UAE road safety regulations and company driving policies.
• Travel to customer locations and provide timely on-site assistance.
• Escalate major repairs to the workshop or technical team when needed.
