Job summary

Kavak GCC in Dubai is seeking a Mobile Workshop Mechanic to deliver on-site vehicle inspections, diagnostics, maintenance and minor repairs across the UAE. You will operate a mobile workshop vehicle, handle safety standards, and communicate clearly with customers while keeping accurate service reports.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma/ITI in Automobile Engineering, 2–3 years’ automotive experience, a valid UAE driving license, and ability to diagnose faults independently.

Qualifications

• Diploma or ITI in automobile engineering or equivalent.
• 2–3 years experience as automotive mechanic; mobile workshop/roadside experience preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license mandatory.
• Familiar with UAE roads and vehicle systems.
• Ability to diagnose and repair independently.
• Excellent communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs at customer locations.
• Identify faults and recommend repair solutions.
• Carry out basic mechanical and electrical repairs using mobile workshop tools.
• Maintain service reports and job records.
• Ensure tools and spare parts are maintained and available.
• Travel to customer locations and provide on-site assistance.
• Escalate major repairs to workshop or tech team.
• Support emergency roadside assistance when applicable.
