Infopro Learning in the UAE seeks an experienced HSE trainer to deliver a 40‑module safety programme across two large industrial sites. Sessions are designed for lasting behaviour change, with a mix of classroom, on-site, and hands-on delivery.

You’ll tailor content for operators, technicians and supervisors with varying English levels, using real scenarios and demonstrations to build hazard awareness and safe decision‑making.

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering or Science.
• NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) or similar safety qualification.
• 5–15 years in manufacturing operations or maintenance with safety management background.
• Experience in industrial sectors such as aluminium, steel, oil & gas, petrochemicals or heavy manufacturing.
• Proven experience delivering training to adult, shop-floor audiences.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Confident, engaging facilitation style with coaching to change on-site behaviour.
• Comfort using LMS and Microsoft Office.
• Valid UAE driving licence and eligibility to live/work in UAE.
• Preferred: IOSH/ISO 45001, ADOSH‑SF OSH Practitioner registration, Train the Trainer.

Mansioni

• Deliver 40 safety modules covering general safety and tool training in classroom, practical and on-site settings.
• Learn client tools/procedures via induction and sign-off each module within the agreed timeframe.
• Adapt delivery to operators, technicians, contractors and supervisors with different English/literacy levels.
• Use real scenarios and practical demonstrations to build hazard awareness and safe decision-making.
• Coach learners to challenge unsafe acts, stop-work when unsafe, and report near misses.
• Reinforce learning through toolbox talks and on-site observations.
• Assess knowledge and practical competence and report trends to the Lead.
• Keep attendance and completion records accurate in the LMS.
• Ensure training meets UAE federal requirements and Abu Dhabi ADOSH‑SF.
• Support Emiratisation objectives through training UAE National employees.
