Qualifications

• Must have visa and be Malayalee national.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance: fix leaky faucets, change light bulbs, repair appliances.
• Perform minor carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
• Paint walls, doors and surfaces as needed.
• Inspect properties and report issues to supervisor.
• Assist with general cleaning duties.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
