Job summary

Flyper in Ajman, United Arab Emirates is seeking a hands-on Handyman to perform maintenance and repairs across our properties. The role requires capability with common tools and a proactive approach to fix issues efficiently.

The ideal candidate has experience as a handyman or similar role, can work independently, and is willing to live on-site in company accommodation. Salary is 1500 USD per month plus medical insurance.

Qualifications

• Experience as handyman or similar role.
• Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Must be an Egyptian national with UAE residency.
• Able to live on-site in company accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on buildings and equipment.
• Inspect properties for damages or issues requiring attention.
• Install fixtures and equipment as needed.
• Paint, patch, and repair walls, ceilings, and floors.
• Maintain inventory of tools and supplies needed for repairs.
• Communicate with management regarding major repairs or replacements.
