Job summary

Al Fattan Properties is seeking a reliable Construction Helper to support daily operations on the construction site. You will assist skilled tradespeople, help maintain site cleanliness, and perform basic construction tasks to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

The role involves assisting carpenters, electricians, and plumbers, handling materials, and upholding health and safety standards. This is an outdoor, on-site position requiring teamwork and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or general labor is a plus.
• Must be physically able to lift heavy materials.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist construction workers, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other skilled laborers as needed.
• Load and unload building materials and distribute them to the appropriate locations on-site.
• Set up and take down ladders, scaffolding, and temporary structures.
• Mix, pour, and spread materials like concrete and asphalt.
• Clean up work areas, tools, and equipment at the end of each day.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including wearing proper PPE.
• Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
• Handle deliveries and inventory of construction materials.
• Perform other general labor duties as directed by the site supervisor.
