Job summary

leading-edge is seeking a Civil Engineer with a valid Abu Dhabi Municipality G+3 license to oversee on-site civil works in Abu Dhabi. You will ensure project quality, safety, and compliance while coordinating with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.

With a minimum of 5 years UAE experience, you will supervise teams, prepare progress reports, support cost estimation, and help maintain detailed project documentation for timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
• Valid Abu Dhabi Municipality license (G+3) required.
• Minimum 5 years UAE experience in civil/general contracting projects.
• Strong leadership, supervision and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site civil works ensuring compliance with specifications, quality and safety.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation and daily progress reports.
• Assist in cost estimation, resource allocation and technical issue resolution.
• Enforce workforce discipline and promote effective site management.
