Job summary

Xad Technologies in Dubai is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to lead civil activities from site investigation to completion. The candidate should possess a valid Dubai Municipality G+4 license/approval and be well-versed in UAE construction standards and regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
Minimum 5 years UAE construction experience preferred.
Valid Dubai Municipality G+4 license/approval mandatory.

Responsibilities

Conduct site investigations, planning, design coordination and construction execution.
Prepare and review site layouts, drawings, calculations and technical docs.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and project teams.
Plan and monitor civil construction activities per drawings, specs, and schedules.
Review interpretations of civil, architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
Control material requirements, usage, reconciliation and quantities tracking.
Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality requirements and health & safety standards.
Maintain project records, drawings and documentation.
