Job summary

Mullers Solutions 1 in Dubai is seeking AI Engineers to design and deploy enterprise-grade Agentic AI solutions on on-premises infrastructure. You will build autonomous AI agents, integrate with enterprise systems, and ensure governance and security across deployments.

Requires 5+ years in software development with 2+ years in AI, strong Python skills, hands-on LLM/RAG experience, and familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD. On-premise emphasis and local models are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years with AI/Generative AI.
• Strong experience with Python and AI application development.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Experience designing RAG solutions and agentic AI systems.
• Experience integrating AI with REST APIs, databases, and enterprise apps.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, and similar frameworks.
• Experience deploying on-premises AI solutions with local models.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain AI-powered applications and autonomous AI agents.
• Build Agentic AI workflows capable of reasoning, planning, and execution.
• Develop and integrate LLMs, RAG, and multi-agent architectures.
• Integrate AI with enterprise apps, APIs, databases, cloud and on-prem systems.
• Ensure security, governance, privacy and Responsible AI standards.
• Prepare deployment guides and knowledge transfer materials.
• Provide troubleshooting and performance tuning.
