Aims Healtcare LLC in Dubai, UAE is seeking a Registered Nurse or Assistant Nurse to join our Doctor On Call team. The role supports physicians during home or site visits and involves clinical tasks in a mobile healthcare setting.

This full-time, on-site position offers competitive salary, health insurance, visa sponsorship, and ongoing training. Rotational day/night shifts with travel between locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
• Valid DHA License or Eligibility Letter.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience.
• Fluency in English and Hindi.
• UAE freshers with DHA eligibility are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during on-site consultations at various locations.
• Conduct preliminary patient assessments, including recording vital signs and medical history.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed.
• Support physicians during minor procedures, ensuring adherence to infection control practices.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medications, aftercare instructions, and follow-up procedures.
• Ensure readiness of medical kits and compliance with clinical protocols.
• Uphold patient privacy, safety, and professional standards at all times.
