ISS International SpA Abu Dhabi Branch is looking for an Oil&Gas Recruiter Junior to be based at our offices in Abu Dhabi.

• Post job ads on professional sites job sites and social media
• Participate in candidate sourcing efforts
• Assist teams in screening resumes
• Conduct initial phone screens
• Schedule calls and interviews
• Manage calendar for all hiring teams and candidates
• Communicate with candidates promptly and assist them when they come in for interviews
• Use recruiting software to keep track of open roles

Requirements

• Experience in Recruitment tools such as Linkedin ATS MS Word MS Excel and English fluent.
• Maximum 2year experience in Recruitment area.
• Ability to adapt in a fastpaced working environment

Duration : 12 months liable to extension on permanent basis

Working Schedule : 48 hours / week from Monday to Saturday

Rotation : UAE Resident
