Job summary

EQT in Dubai is seeking a land and title analyst to review unit boundaries, acreage, ownership, and well layouts for accuracy and compliance, and to analyze lease terms for pooling restrictions, expirations, and development constraints.

The role involves reviewing proposed wells and units to identify land, title, ownership, and contractual issues, calculating and validating working interest and net revenue interest, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve lease and title

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of oil and gas industry experience.
  • Associate degree or equivalent industry experience required.
  • Knowledge of oil and gas land, leasing, title, ownership, and unit development concepts.
  • Experience with land-management, mapping, or data-analysis systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail for reconciling complex ownership and acreage information.

Responsibilities

  • Review unit boundaries, acreage, ownership, and well layouts for accuracy and compliance.
  • Analyze lease terms to identify pooling restrictions, expirations, and development constraints.
  • Review proposed wells and units to identify land, title, ownership, and contractual issues.
  • Calculate, forecast, and validate working interest and net revenue interest.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions for lease and title issues.
  • Prepare, review, and record unit documentation.
  • Maintain accurate unit development information within company systems.
