Job summary

ADNOC Abu Dhabi UAE is seeking a Corrosion Engineer for Offshore Well Integrity to diagnose and manage corrosion threats across offshore well systems. You will integrate field data, chemistry, and flow models to select effective controls and support field operations and service providers.

The role requires 5–6 years of relevant experience, a strong background in oilfield chemistry, and offshore operations knowledge. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-s degree in a chemical engineering related field with direct offshore experience.

Responsibilities

• Advise on corrosion affecting completion strings, casing and surface conductors.
• Assess integrity risks involving wellheads and Christmas-tree valves.
• Develop approaches for corrosion prediction, monitoring, prevention and control.
• Identify downhole corrosion through produced-water analysis and logs.
• Design chemical and mechanical programs for investigation or prevention.
• Review corrosion-data and ensure data quality for decisions.
• Maintain compliance with Corrosion Management System practices.
• Present conclusions and recommendations to management.
