Job summary

KBR Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee an Offshore Topside PMC Project on an artificial island, with initial office-based work followed by offshore site rotation of 6 weeks on / 3 weeks off. The role requires directing civil and underground infrastructure activities, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, and ensuring safety, quality and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in civil or mechanical engineering.
12–15 years of construction experience in major infrastructure.
Experience with civil and underground utility works in GCC.
Middle East/GCC experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Lead all onsite construction activities related to civil and underground infrastructure works.
Manage construction execution in accordance with project schedules, specifications, drawings, and HSE requirements.
Coordinate interfaces between civil, MEP, utility, and infrastructure packages.
Review and monitor construction schedules and recovery plans.
Prepare weekly and monthly construction progress reports for senior management.
