Overview

We are looking for an experienced Offshore Sales Agent with a proven track record in selling software development and IT outsourcing services to international clients. The ideal candidate understands the offshore delivery model, has an existing network, and is capable of independently generating and closing leads.

The Role
Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect, identify, and qualify international clients (US, EU, Middle East, APAC) for offshore software development services.
  • Drive the full sales cycle : lead generation → discovery → proposal → negotiation → closing.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold calls, referrals).
  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions with clients and coordinate with internal technical teams to prepare estimates and proposals.
  • Present company capabilities, case studies, delivery models, and technology expertise.
  • Track deals using CRM and maintain accurate reporting of pipeline, forecasts, and conversions.
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients to enable repeat business and account growth.
  • Provide feedback to delivery and management teams regarding market demand, competitive insights, and pricing trends.

Ideal Profile
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Minimum 3 years hands‑on experience in offshore / outsourcing sales for software development or IT services.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, tech stacks, project models (Fixed Price, Dedicated Team, Time & Material).
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in IT service outsourcing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Ability to independently work with minimal supervision and drive deals from zero to closure.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, lead‑gen tools, and modern sales prospecting channels.
  • Existing network or portfolio of international clients is highly preferred.
