Offshore Operations Lead – Asset Integrity

Job summary

OCS Services is seeking an Operations Manager for its Asset Integrity Management Services (AIMS) division, based in Dubai. You will link the VP/BVH with project teams to ensure safe, efficient and profitable execution of multidisciplinary offshore projects across geographies.

You will lead project teams, manage commercial performance, develop client relationships and elevate operational, commercial and HSE matters to the VP/BVH.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Project Management certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
• 10–15 years of experience in Oil & Gas, offshore construction, shipyards or asset integrity services.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary offshore projects involving steel repair, fabrication, coating and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams across multiple geographies to ensure safe, timely and profitable delivery.
• Oversee project managers, engineers, supervisors and crew coordinators.
• Ensure effective planning of manpower, resources, schedules, budgets, vendors and logistics.
• Monitor progress, productivity, quality, cost and schedule with corrective actions as needed.
• Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement across projects.
• Conduct regular site/project visits and provide hands-on support.
