Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in Oil and Gas industry.
• 15+ years in execution of FEED/ EPC contracts.
• 8+ years in Offshore projects.
• 5+ years in Artificial Island Projects.
• 5 years in similar position for mega oil and gas FEED/ EPC project.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate effectively with stakeholders on the Island.
• Manage incident response and emergency preparedness.
• Oversee safe operation of Temporary Accommodation Camp.
• Ensure welfare compliance through audits.
• Manage space allocation for EPC Contractors.
• Ensure safe transportation and vehicle movement.
• Coordinate medical emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with HSE programs.
• Oversee harbour management and marine operations.
• Provide leadership and oversight for departments.
• Resolve inter-departmental conflicts.
• Lead resource planning for manpower and materials.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
• Conduct daily coordination meetings.
• Act as the primary contact for the island team.
