Job summary

Airswift is seeking an experienced Field Engineer (Offshore Installation) to support major Oil & Gas projects in Abu Dhabi. The role requires hands-on offshore installation expertise across subsea, jacket and topside activities.

The successful candidate will provide field engineering support during offshore installation operations, ensuring safety, technical integrity and alignment with project requirements. Prior experience on Abu Dhabi operator projects is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering; minimum 5 years offshore installation experience.
Proven subsea installation experience, including spools, sleepers, and S-Lay pipelines; jacket/topside work.
Strong communication, problem solving, and coordination with offshore teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Provide field engineering support for offshore installation activities.
Assist subsea installation operations including spools, sleepers, and S-Lay pipelines.
Support jacket installation activities, including grouted jackets and topside works.
Coordinate with offshore teams, contractors and project stakeholders.
Monitor installation activities for safety, quality and compliance.
Review technical documentation and propose solutions to installation challenges.
Support overall project execution with emphasis on safety and efficiency.
