Job summary

KBR Abu Dhabi PMC Team is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead offshore and onshore structural projects in the UAE. The role focuses on design, integrity assessment, inspection planning, and coordination with consultants and contractors to ensure safe, reliable ADNOC facilities.

Ideal candidates have 12–15 years in Civil/Structural Engineering, hands-on experience with concrete and steel structures, and familiarity with ADNOC standards and relevant design codes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• 12-15 years of experience in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Hands-on design experience in concrete and steel structures.
• Experience in structural integrity assessments of existing facilities.
• Experience in preparing SOWs and inspection programs for NDT/DT.
• Experience supervising consultants and contractors performing NDT/DT.
• Experience in TBE and bid assessment reports.
• Project coordination, planning and management experience.
• Oil & Gas, Offshore, Petrochemical or Energy sector experience preferred.
• Familiarity with ADNOC standards and international design codes.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed civil/structural design and analysis for concrete and steel structures.
• Carry out structural integrity and fitness-for-service assessments.
• Develop and prepare SOWs for NDT/DT inspections.
• Review and supervise consultants/contractors on NDT/DT activities.
• Recommend repair or rehabilitation solutions based on findings.
• Participate in technical bid evaluations and reports.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for project execution.
• Review engineering deliverables and technical reports.
• Support asset integrity management and maintenance planning.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards and project procedures.
