Job summary

KBR, Inc. in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Offshore Structural Designer to develop and coordinate fixed offshore brownfield structural design and drafting for wellhead platforms, jackets and topsides.

You will implement engineering intent in accurate 3D models, create fabrication drawings, and manage MTOs with proper revision control. The role requires extensive offshore experience, ability to work with ADNOC-related procedures, and collaboration with engineers to ensure design integrity and

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of offshore structural design and drafting experience.
• Experience with fixed offshore platforms and jackets.
• ADNOC Offshore or similar major operator brownfield experience preferred.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate fixed offshore brownfield structural design and drafting.
• Implement engineering intent through 3D models and drawings.
• Maintain designer and engineer responsibility boundaries for changes with approval.
• Prepare GA, plan, elevation, section, detail and fabrication drawings from the 3D model.
• Coordinate field surveys, laser-scan data, and as-built inputs.
• Participate in model reviews and constructability assessments.
