Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively managing a portfolio of properties
  • Conducting market appraisals and property valuations
  • Arranging and conducting viewings
  • Negotiating offers between both buyers and sellers
  • Winning instructions and targeting new business opportunities
  • Working as an effective team member assisting others as necessary
  • Creating a positive customer experience and managing all inquiries in a professionally manner
  • Regularly keeping updated on market trends and informing clients accordingly
  • Maintaining an up-to-date database
  • Developing strategies to increase the value of properties for clients looking to sell
  • Conducting negotiations with real estate agents on behalf of clients

Requirements
  • Valid UAE driving license and own car is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales in Dubai
  • Fluent in English (Arabic Russian Farsi or Chinese is a plus).
  • Highly motivated target-driven and a team player.
  • Strong negotiation tactics and great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Organized and efficient
